HE, in this essay is Donald Trump, the wanna-be dictator of the US. He is already well down the road toward that goal. It began with a call to his supporters to attend a rally the next day, January 6, 2021 at noon at the President’s Park South aka Ellipse, a 52-acre park just south of the White House. That is where the traditional White House Easter Egg Roll and the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony usually take place.  Thousands of his supporters responded to the call and the next day at noon he appeared at his rally. He called it the Save America Rally. He tore into his delusional claim that the election had been rigged and his victory stolen. He made some false claims about illegals voting, ballots stolen, and the like which incited the crowd even more. At this rally however, he said, “If you don’t fight like hell, you’re not going to have a country anymore.” Thousands of his most ardent supporters took his words to heart. They started to walk to the capitol building where the count was underway. Some groups had already been  organized to storm the Capitol building like the Oath Keepers, the Proud Boys, and other militia groups. One of those doing the pre-attack organizing was Roger Stone. Trump had fully pardoned him and commuted his 40-month prison sentence back in December 2020. Stone’s history with the Proud Boys goes back to the popular vote count challenge in Florida’s 2000 election. Stone financed and brought the Proud Boys to physically storm the vote counting and stop the procedure. That was all the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) needed to stop the count and declare George W. Bush the winner and made him president (Bush v. Gore, 531 U.S. 98, (2000)).  Stone continues to be with Trump, even more so now he is sure to be pardoned again for whatever crimes he commits.

On January 6, 2021, the mob of some 2000 to 2,500 persons attacked the Capitol Building overwhelming the local DC police. Within the next 36 hours, 5 people died and 174 were injured. Another 4 more police officers committed suicide within 7 months. The rioters were determined to stop the counting of the Electoral Vote and have Vice President Pence declare Trump the winner and new President of the USA. Pence refused and the riot continued leaving behind $2.7 million in damage and making history as the only coup d’etat in US history. A week later, the House of Representatives voted to impeach Trump for inciting the insurrection. This was the second time he was impeached and the second time the Republican controlled Senate voted to acquit him. Subsequently, 1,424 were charged with federal crimes in connection with the attack on the Capitol building.1,010 pled guilty and 1.060 were sentenced to jail time, some 64% of all the attackers. The leader of the Proud Boys, Enrique Tarrio, a Cuban American, was sentenced to 22 years in prison.

Upon Trump’s election to a second term in 2024, he granted pardons to all January 6^th rioters, some 1,583 defendants via Executive Order (EO) 10887 signed January 20, 2025 (Federal Register (90FR 8331). He was emboldened by SCOTUS ruling he had total immunity from prosecution for any act, civil or criminal, in the performance of his presidential duties. Look it up at Trump v. US, 603 U.S. 593 (2024). Earlier SCOTUS in 1982 had ruled in Nixon v Fitzgerald, 457 U.S. 731 that the president was immune from civil liability for any action taken as president. Since then, Trump knows he can do anything he calls a presidential act while he is president and be free of any liability, civil or criminal.

Trump and his family began a crypto company with subsidiaries: World Liberty Financial, World Liberty Trust, WLFI Markets, a crypto coin and token, a stake in ALT5 Sigma, and they have applied for a national banking license to set up banks. Their crypto coin is pegged in value  to the US dollar at this point in time. A partner in World Liberty Financial is Steve Witkoff and sons. Don’ you know, Trump will let the dollar sink in value and offer to hole the line in value if people will bank at their chain of banks to be licensed soon.   

The legal cover of presidential immunity for anything is what he has begun relying on with another Executive Order (EO) 14189, he issued on January 29, 2025 (FR Doc. 2025-02231). This is coming next July 4, 2026. The EO created the White House Task Force on Celebrating America’s 250^th Birthday aka Freedom Week. He has named Keith Krach as the national director under Trump as Chair of the 14 plus member task force. Google that name and learn who this billionaire really is. For this Freedom Week, a National Garden of American Heroes will be established honoring 250 such persons. You can bet he will be one of those heroes. Every federal building will have a giant photo of Trump affixed to its façade. This Memorial Day, a gigantic parade will take place in Washington, D.C. On July 3^rd at 11:59 pm. Eastern Time,  the Times Square Ball will begin to drop to begin the national celebrations at midnight that opens July 4^th. Neighborhood Block parties will be promoted and organized; a family friendly concert will be held at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, another in Milwaukee as part of Summerfest,  another at the Mossyrock Freedom Festival in Washington State; a major clash of UFC fighters will take place at the White House on June 14^th  ;sometime now a National Day of Prayer will be held at the Washington Monument, probably when it is finished being painted blue; from June 25^th to July 10^th, the National Mall with host a gigantic State Fair with stations for all 50 states; Patriot Games of high school athletes from every state and territory will be held in D.C. as well; the Trump Arch will be inaugurated when completed soon; and, a mini-race car event will be held somewhere sometime in DC also.  On the actual 4^th of July, Trump will speak replete with fireworks and flyover by US jets, and who knows what he will say. Hopefully, it will not be another “You must join me in the fight to keep America Safe.”

If he does incite insurrection and violence for the upcoming mid-term elections, he already has the money, $1.776 billion worth to fund his insurrectionist thugs. Trump, his sons, and one of his companies. The Trump Organization, sued the IRS and Dept. of Treasury for $10 billion over their tax records and audits. Now, it is his IRS and appointed Secretary of the Treasury, they have worked out a settlement. This settlement not only gives him tons of dollars but also stops pending litigation against Trump, his sons, and company.  The national media has rounded off the figure to $1.8 billion. Trump has announced this settlement as the “Anti-Weaponization Fund.” He plans on reimbursing all those who were “unfairly punished by the Biden Administration” and all the Jan. 6^th rioters. He is also getting a formal apology from both IRS and the Treasury Department.  In essence, he is funding the creation of a national armed militia to take over cities, states, and the federal government beginning July 5^th. All this points to his evolving plan to become a dictator.
